Job Summary:We are seeking goal driven individuals to work in customer-focused industry as a Retail Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Retail Sales Agent, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Agents are responsible for helping each customer find the appropriate solution for their situation.

• Uphold and promote the company’s value and culture.

• Provide product information and recommendations to customers.

• Promote products face to face.

• Build and maintain strong client relationship.

• Lead and empower distributors to reach targets.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent NCV Level 4.

• Strong communication with a willingness to to learn and grow.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Must have Customer-oriented approach.

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
