Now Hiring: Restoration Technician
Are you hardworking, dependable, and ready to make a difference? We are seeking a motivated Restoration Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help restore homes and businesses affected by water, fire, mold, storm, and other property damage.
Responsibilities:
- Perform water extraction, demolition, cleanup, and drying procedures
- Set up and monitor restoration equipment
- Assist with fire, smoke, and mold remediation projects
- Follow safety procedures and company protocols
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Participate in on-call emergency response rotations as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
- Restoration experience is preferred but not required—we will train the right candidate
- IICRC certifications are a plus
