**WE ARE HIRING: RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER** We are looking for an experienced and hands-on **General Manager** to join our restaurant group in the **Northern or Southern Suburbs of Cape Town**. **Key responsibilities:** – Managing daily restaurant operations – Leading, training and motivating staff – Maintaining excellent customer service standards – Managing stock, costs and operational controls – Ensuring food safety, hygiene and company standards are followed – Handling customer queries and resolving complaints – Achieving sales and profitability targets **Minimum requirements:** – Previous restaurant management experience – Strong leadership and communication skills – Good understanding of stock control, labour costs and restaurant administration – Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays – Reliable transport – Ability to work well under pressure Please indicate whether you are applying for the **Northern Suburbs** or **Southern Suburbs** position.
