ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves hospitality, leads by example and takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences while building high-performing teams. You’ll play a key role in shaping the culture, standards and success of a growing venue.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Lead from the front and be a visible presence on the floor
• Recruit, train, manage and develop a high-performing team
• Oversee rosters, staffing and daily venue operations
• Monitor GP, stock control, labour costs and overall profitability
• Ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience while maintaining operational excellence
