Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Manager to support daily operations within our fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment. The successful candidate will assist in supervising staff, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring excellent customer service while supporting the Senior Manager and Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise staff during shifts and support team performance.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and service standards are followed.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
- Monitor cleanliness, food safety, and health compliance standards.
- Support staff training and ensure team members follow operational procedures.
- Assist in handling customer queries or complaints in a professional manner.
- Report operational issues and daily performance to senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Junior Manager in the QSR, retail, or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Must reside in Johannesburg or be willing to relocate.
