Registered Nurse (Night Shift) – La Vie Care, Brentmed
La Vie Care is seeking a compassionate, experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team at our Brentmed facility for the night shift. If you are passionate about providing high-quality patient care and working in a supportive healthcare environment, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to residents during night shifts
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to medical needs promptly
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Work collaboratively with caregivers and healthcare professionals
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
- Respond effectively to emergencies and medical situations
Minimum Requirements
- Registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Registered Nurse
- Proven experience in elderly care, frail care, or similar healthcare environments will be advantageous
- Ability to work night shifts and manage patient care independently
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
