The Role
This is not a “maintain accounts” job. This is a hunter role.
Your primary responsibility is simple:
Bring in new business and grow revenue.
You will:
- Identify and close new customers (retail, industrial, and trade)
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts
- Consistently hit and exceed aggressive sales targets
- Follow up relentlessly — no dropped balls
- Understand customer needs and match them with the right products
- Work closely with management to grow your territory like it’s your own business

Requirements
- Proven track record in sales (hardware/tools/industrial is a strong advantage)
- Ability to close deals consistently
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organized and disciplined with follow-ups
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
