POSITION SUMMARY
ASC Trust is seeking a professional and dependable Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a structured, team‑oriented office environment and take pride in providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Answer incoming telephone calls and route them to the appropriate team members
· Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
· Prepare, create, and modify documents using various office applications and software
· Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing
· Maintain organized electronic and hard‑copy filing systems
· Receive, sign for, and distribute incoming packages and mail
· Set up and clean up conference rooms for meetings
· Maintain a neat and professional reception area, break room, and restroom
· Order, stock, and manage office, reception, and conference room supplies
· Provide administrative support on assigned projects and related tasks

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (including, but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook) and professional telephone protocol. Duties require good communication skills and the ability to type 50 words per minute. This is normally acquired through one to three years of clerical experience.
3. Valid driver’s license, if occasional business‑related errands are required.
