What You’ll Be Doing
- Respond to incoming customer requests via phone, email, and online messaging platforms
- Assist customers by explaining products clearly and guiding them toward the right solution
- Follow up on potential leads and assist with ongoing marketing campaigns
- Support the sales process by preparing and updating customer information
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all interactions in the company system
- Work closely with the sales team to support overall targets and daily operations
- Always deliver professional and friendly service
