This includes overseeing pre-development activities, coordinating internal and external professionals, ensuring key milestones are met, and supporting the business in achieving time, cost, and quality objectives.

Key Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Town Planning, Architecture, Construction Management, Property Studies, or related field.
  • 3 – 8 years’ experience in property development, consulting, or construction.
  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with development timelines, local municipal approval processes, and professional team roles.
  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and project/task management tools.
  • Professional, reliable, and self-managed.

Pay: R15 000,00 – R40 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Somerset West, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Property development: 3 years (Required)

Language:

  • Afrikaans (Required)
