Key Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Town Planning, Architecture, Construction Management, Property Studies, or related field.
- 3 – 8 years’ experience in property development, consulting, or construction.
- Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with development timelines, local municipal approval processes, and professional team roles.
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and project/task management tools.
- Professional, reliable, and self-managed.
Pay: R15 000,00 – R40 000,00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Somerset West, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

- Property development: 3 years (Required)
