What You’ll Do
As a Team Member at Tommy’s Express, you’ll rotate through key roles to keep the wash running smoothly and our guests smiling and their Cars . You’ll be trained to:
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude and go the extra mile to exceed expectations
- Promote wash packages and unlimited club memberships with confidence and clarity
- Operate our point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Guide vehicles onto the conveyor belt safely and ensure they’re ready for the wash
- Perform visual inspections before and during the wash for safety and quality
- Maintain cleanliness of the exterior and interior of the car wash and grounds
- Perform light maintenance checks and report any issues to the team
- Support teammates and jump in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly
- Learn and uphold our WE OWN IT culture by taking pride in your work and treating every guest with respect
