Immediately Hiring a Monday-Friday (7/3 shift) Charge Nurse, LPN!!

Responsibilities and Functions:
- Distribute medications and/or perform treatments according to Dr. orders
- Direct and supervise CNAs and other employees in designated unit
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in resident conditions
- Document and maintain accurate, detailed records
- Record resident’s medical information and vital signs
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess resident’s condition
- Modify resident treatment plans as indicated by resident’s responses and conditions
- Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate resident care plans
- Prepare residents for and assist with examinations or treatments
Requirements:
- Licensure as a LPN, currently licensed in Louisiana
- Excellent clinical, computer, and communication skills
- The ability to work successfully in independent and team settings

Pay: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour
