Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for pre-owned vehicle sales? Join BB Hatfield Multi Franchise and lead our used-car department to new heights.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to hit monthly volume and profit targets
- Manage pre-owned stock: sourcing, pricing, merchandising, trade-ins
- Drive customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Track KPIs: sales, gross profit, stock turn, CSI, back-end penetration
- Manage cost control, reporting, and compliance
What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years in used-car sales management
- Strong leadership, coaching & negotiation skills
- Proven record of meeting targets and growing profit
- Experience in stock procurement and valuation
- Matric + valid SA driver’s license (Tertiary in Sales/Marketing is a plus)
- CRM/DMS proficiency | Clear criminal record
Key Metrics: Units sold, APU, stock aging, CSI, F&I penetration, budget control
