Brothers Motorsports, in Baxter MN, is seeking an experienced and quality driven Powersports Service Lot Tech to join our team. Brothers is an established powersports sales and service dealership that specializes in BRP, CFmoto, Hond, Yamaha, KTM and Kawasaki.
Position Summary
In this role, your primary responsibilities will encompass the maintenance of the lot and working to increase the efficincy of the shop. At Brothers, we operate in a collaborative team environment. As a rapidly growing distributor of new and used recreational vehicles and parts, we are dedicated to keeping our customers on the trails.
Responsibilities
- Focus on efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership/manufacturer standards.
- Work to constantly keep our shop and lot organized and efficient.
Required Skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- High level of motivation, energy and attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits
- Performance-based compensation opportunities. $17-$19 hr based on expirence.
