Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily HR operations, including recruitment, training, onboarding, and employee relations
- Support HR administrative tasks
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives
Requirements:
- Completed N6 Certificate from a TVET college in Human Resources Management
- Looking to complete the 18-month workplace experience program
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn, proactive mindset, and a passion for HR or Payroll
- Based in Cape Town
