About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Plumbing Assistant to join our growing team, specialising in domestic maintenance plumbing. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role supporting plumbing repairs, maintenance, and minor installations in residential properties. You will work independently in the field with support from our remote management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with domestic plumbing maintenance, repairs, and fault-finding (leaks, blocked drains, taps, toilets, hot water systems, etc.).
- Support general domestic plumbing installations and upgrades.
- Provide excellent customer service and help recommend solutions to homeowners.
- Identify and close sales opportunities for additional services or parts.
- Maintain accurate job records, photos, and reports via mobile tools.
- Adhere to safety standards and plumbing regulations.

Requirements
