ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on support role for someone who thrives on organisation, problem-solving and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes. Working directly alongside the founder, you’ll play a key role in keeping priorities on track and supporting the day-to-day operations of a growing hospitality group.

IS IT FOR ME?

• Based in Cape Town with your own reliable vehicle
• Previous experience in administration, PA/EA support, hospitality or a similar role
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• A confident communicator who is comfortable managing professional correspondence
• Proactive, dependable and able to work independently

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Manage emails, WhatsApp communications and follow-ups on behalf of the founder
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments and day-to-day priorities
• Maintain organised documents, spreadsheets and reporting systems
• Liaise with team members, suppliers and external stakeholders
• Support operational, administrative and ad hoc projects across the Cape Crowd group
