Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Irrigation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on irrigation experience and be capable of leading crews, troubleshooting systems, and ensuring quality workmanship on every job site.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial irrigation systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot valves, controllers, pumps, wiring, and sprinkler components
- Lead and supervise crew members on job sites
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally
- Communicate with customers regarding service and repairs
- Maintain company standards for safety and quality
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of irrigation experience required
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Experience leading crews and managing job sites
- Knowledge of irrigation controllers, valves, pumps, and system design
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
