Main Tasks:
- Communicating with patients who have shown interest in our programs.
- Answering questions and guiding them through the enrollment process.
- Updating patient notes in our system (HubSpot).
- Following up to ensure a great patient experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent English (Conversational and written).
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles or office administration.
- A quiet place to work and a stable internet connection.
- Ability to work Sunday to Friday (EST schedule).
