Position Overview
We are seeking hardworking, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our residential painting team for the summer season. Painters will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services, maintaining professionalism on job sites, and contributing to a positive customer experience. This position offers opportunities for performance bonuses, leadership development, and additional earnings through lead generation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces through scraping, sanding, caulking, masking, and priming.
- Apply paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
- Protect customer property and maintain a clean, organized worksite.
- Follow company quality and safety standards.
- Communicate professionally with customers and crew members.
- Complete projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Assist with setup, cleanup, and daily job site operations.
- Generate leads and referrals when opportunities arise.
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders.
- Dependable, punctual, and coachable.
- Painting experience preferred but not required; training provided.
Compensation & Bonus Opportunities
- Competitive hourly pay.

- $5 per qualified lead.
- $20 per lead that results in a completed estimate appointment.

Seasonal Employment
This is a seasonal position that runs through September. Team members who perform well and complete the season may be considered for future opportunities and leadership roles.
