1-800 Radiator & AC is looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help grow demand for our Indianapolis territory. What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with auto repair shops and commercial customers
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing accounts
- Prospect and develop new business within assigned territory
- Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally
- Schedule follow-ups to keep customers informed on products, pricing, and promotions
- Create and deliver sales materials to support growth
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Comfortable using CRM platforms
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident negotiator with a results-driven mindset
- Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused
Preferred / Desired Skills
- Experience meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Outside, retail, or B2B sales experience
- Spanish bilingual is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
