We’re looking for an experienced Team lead to inspire and drive performance within our B2C outbound sales team in Pinetown.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales plans that drive revenue and control expenses
- Lead generation coordination with the marketing team
- Monitor daily reports and team performance
- Collaborate with QA to maintain and improve quality standards
- Set and manage individual and team sales targets
- Facilitate training and team meetings
- Motivate, coach and upskill your team
- Track sales goals and report on progress
- Ensure targets are consistently met
- Drive a performance-based culture
Minimum requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- 1–3 years’ outbound sales team management experience
- Experience with predictive dialers and outbound call centres
- Strong background in sales strategy and report management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proven ability to deliver results through your team
