Job Description
We are currently hiring Outbound Sales Representatives for an exciting Ride Hailing App Campaign based in Woodstock, Cape Town.
In this role, you will conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers, introduce the ride-hailing platform, and convert prospects into active users. This is a high-performance sales role suited for individuals who are confident on the phone, motivated by targets, and experienced in international BPO sales environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to potential customers
- Promote and sell ride-hailing app services
- Identify customer needs and present relevant solutions
- Handle sales objections and close deals effectively
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Record customer information accurately in CRM systems
- Maintain excellent customer service and professionalism
- Follow campaign guidelines, scripts, and compliance standards
Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum 12 months OUTBOUND SALES experience in an International BPO campaign
- Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment
- Willing to work rotational shifts
- Must be able to work onsite in Woodstock, Cape Town

- Good computer literacy
