As a Machine Operator at Thread Logic, you will play a key role in our production process by running embroidery machines and assisting in finishing and packaging custom logo apparel. No experience is required—just a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered items
- Inspect products for accuracy and quality
- Perform finishing tasks such as trimming, folding, and packaging
- Follow production schedules and work orders
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Support other production activities as needed
Required Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- No prior embroidery experience necessary—training provided
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Able to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
