We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Support Assistant to join our team! This vital role is designed for proactive individuals who are eager to support daily office functions with enthusiasm and precision.
As an Operations Support Specialist, you will be the backbone of our daily rental branch activities. You will ensure that our fleet—including telehandlers, boom lifts, and forklifts, etc. — is ready for customers while managing the critical administrative workflows that keep our business running smoothly.
Requirements:
- Industry Experience: Proven familiarity with heavy equipment, particularly telehandlers and aerial work platforms. Knowledge of transportation.
- Organizational Mastery: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced "yard and office" environment.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
- Communication: Strong ability to exchange clear, accurate information, both internally and externally.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
