We are currently seeking a proactive and organized Operations Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking and monitoring daily operations, maintaining accurate records, assisting with fleet and operational administration, and ensuring effective communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and monitor daily operational activities
  • Monitor vehicle movements, deliveries, collections, and driver performance
  • Follow up on operational issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain accurate operational records and reports
  • Capture and update information on company systems and spreadsheets
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
  • Assist with scheduling, planning, and coordinating operational activities
  • Monitor fuel, maintenance, and vehicle-related records where applicable
  • Liaise with drivers, customers, suppliers, and management
  • Ensure all operational documentation is completed accurately and on time
  • Perform general administrative duties and filing
  • Provide regular feedback and updates to management

Requirements

  • Previous experience in operations, logistics, transport administration, or a similar role
  • Experience with vehicle tracking and monitoring systems will be advantageous
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and reporting skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Must be diligent, reliable, and self-motivated
