My client seeks a reliable Office Assistant to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across the business. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle general administrative tasks including filing, photocopying and data entry
  • Liaise between customers and suppliers for stock ordering
  • Assist with scheduling, correspondence and document preparation
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Provide friendly, professional support to suppliers and clients
  • Ensure office areas remain organized and efficient

Minimum Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, 3 – 5 years essential
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, particularly Excel)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Clear communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask
