My client seeks a reliable Office Assistant to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across the business. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle general administrative tasks including filing, photocopying and data entry
- Liaise between customers and suppliers for stock ordering
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence and document preparation
- Maintain accurate records
- Provide friendly, professional support to suppliers and clients
- Ensure office areas remain organized and efficient
Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, 3 – 5 years essential
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, particularly Excel)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Clear communication and problem-solving skills
- Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask
Skills Requirements
