Join Our Baby Unit Team
We’re seeking a qualified and experienced Baby Unit Teacher who understands the unique needs of infants and is committed to providing exceptional care, comfort, and early learning experiences.
Your Role Will Include:
- Providing attentive, loving care to babies in a safe and nurturing environment
- Planning and implementing age-appropriate sensory and developmental activities
- Monitoring and recording developmental milestones and daily routines
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, health, and safety
- Building positive relationships with parents and fellow team members
- Supporting each child’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development
Requirements:
- NQF Level 4, 5, or 6 in Early Childhood Development (or equivalent)
- Experience working with infants and young children
- Knowledge of infant care, routines, and developmental stages
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Patient, caring, energetic, and professional disposition
- Genuine passion for working with babies and young children
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
- Shift 1: 07h00 – 17h00
- Shift 2: 08h00 – 18h00
- Fridays: 07h00 – 17h00
- Includes a 1-hour lunch break
Salary:
Competitive remuneration based on qualifications and experience.
