Night Shift Host Jobs in Bellville at Excellent Guesthouse

We are looking for a professional, reliable, and friendly MALE (NON-SMOKER) to join our guesthouse team in Bellville as a Night Shift Host
Working Hours:
➢Monday to Friday: 17:00 – 07:00
(You will sleep on site to be on standby and to prepare breakfast the next morning until the day shift worker arrives, after which you may go home.)
➢Every second weekend: 16:00 – 07:00
(Weekends and overtime will be paid accordingly.)
Key Responsibilities:
â–ªWelcome guests and handle check-ins and check-outs
â–ªServe drinks at the bar and assist with dinner service
â–ªPrepare and serve breakfast
â–ªAssist with light maintenance and general guesthouse duties
â–ªSet up dining areas daily for dinner and breakfast
â–ªHandle guest requests, compliments, and complaints professionally and efficiently
â–ªEnsure guests enjoy a comfortable and tranquil stay
Requirements:
â–ªMatric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
â–ªOwn transport.
â–ªStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.
â–ªExcellent communication skills – both written and verbal – Afrikaans and English.
â–ªAbility to multitask and work under pressure.
â–ªProfessional appearance and attitude
â–ªStrong problem-solving ability with a hands-on approach
â–ªBasic computer skills
â–ª(Training will be provided on Semper, our booking system)
â–ª3 years Hospitality experience (Hotel or Guesthouse experience)
Salary:
Basic salary: R14,000 per month
Additional pay: Weekends and overtime
