Manager for Tona Property Management
Must have a minimum of 10 years experience.
Experienced in New York and New Jersey Primary Residential Property and some Commercial Property as well.
Must be well versed and have extensive knowledge of NYC Housing laws and NJ laws.
Experience in managing and overseeing the Rental/Property Management Department.
Experienced in dealing with and interacting with Doormen, Supers, and Maintenance Staff.
Must be knowledgeable with mechanical and maintenance issues.
Must maintain the cleanliness and integrity of a high-end apartment building.
Experience in keeping the building leased.
Dealing directly with Real Estate Brokers
Knowledgeable in move-in and move-out procedures
Making sure that all financial reports are submitted to the owner of Tona Management on a timely basis.
