We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Merchandiser / General Worker to join our team at a busy liquor store. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock presentation, assisting with deliveries, and supporting general store operations.
The ideal candidate must be physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Pack and merchandise stock neatly and correctly on shelves
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and well presented at all times
- Assist with receiving, loading and offloading stock
- Check stock rotation (FIFO) and expiry dates
- Keep the store clean and organised
- Assist customers when required
- Support general store duties as needed
Requirements
- Clean criminal record
- Previous merchandising experience (liquor store experience will be advantageous)
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy stock
- Reliable, honest and hardworking
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: From R30,23 per hour

- Stellenbosch, Western Cape (Stellenbosch, Stellenbosch): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
