Role Overview
As a Membership Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for growing the club’s membership base by engaging with prospective members, building relationships, and converting enquiries into successful memberships.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell gym memberships to support the growth of the Westgate club
- Generate new sales opportunities through walk-ins, referrals, and local outreach
- Guide potential members through the joining process from enquiry to activation
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets
- Represent the Zone Fitness brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent qualification)
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in sales or a customer-facing role (fitness or retail experience advantageous)
- Computer literate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated
- Able to perform effectively in a target-driven environment
