About the Role
- Sell memberships and play a direct role in the club’s success
- Engage walk-ins and inbound enquiries with energy and purpose
- Guide prospects through the membership journey and secure sign-ups
- Maintain a healthy lead pipeline and follow up proactively
- Uphold a high standard of member experience from first contact
What We’re Looking For
- Matric / Grade 12
- A minimum of 6 months’ proven sales experience
- Comfortable working with computers and basic systems
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
- Goal-oriented, persuasive, and able to work independently
