Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HVAC Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations. In this vital role, you will oversee inventory management, shipping and receiving, and team coordination to ensure smooth distribution of HVAC parts and materials. Your leadership will drive process improvements, uphold safety standards, and maintain efficient warehouse management systems to support our company’s growth.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, and inventory control to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage warehouse staff by assigning tasks, providing training, and fostering a positive team environment focused on safety and productivity.
- Oversee materials handling operations, including heavy lifting and mechanical knowledge of HVAC components.
- Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse distribution workflows, reduce errors, and increase overall efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Coordinate logistics and manage shipping & receiving schedules for timely delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision within HVAC or related industries with strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse distribution.
- Demonstrated team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and improve operational processes.
- Strong understanding of materials handling, heavy lifting techniques, and logistics principles including shipping & receiving procedures.
- Mechanical aptitude related to HVAC systems or materials is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for warehouse environments.

Pay: $30.00 – $37.50 per hour
