Rapple Products is looking for a Marketing & Ecommerce Coordinator to join our Cape Town team.We are looking for someone energetic, creative, organized, and comfortable working with social media, websites, online marketing, and customer communication.The position will include:
- Managing Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Business Suite
- Creating posts, reels, specials, and promotions
- Updating products and specials on our website
- Assisting with website backend management
- Uploading products, pricing, banners, and content
- Responding to online inquiries and WhatsApp messages
- Assisting with lead generation and customer follow-ups
- Creating basic marketing material and promotions
- Capturing and managing customer information and online leads
- Working with the sales team to promote products and stock
Requirements:
- Experience with social media platforms and Meta Business Suite
- Basic knowledge of online advertising
- Experience with Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, or similar platforms advantageous
- Good computer and admin skills
- Canva/design experience beneficial
- Photography and video editing skills advantageous
- Must be organised, reliable, and willing to learn
- Drivers license
