Marketing & Content Coordinator
Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and enthusiastic Marketing & Content Coordinator to support our growing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s social media presence, maintaining website content, creating engaging marketing material, and assisting with basic product photography and content creation.
This role is ideal for a young, energetic individual with a passion for digital marketing, social media, and design, who is looking to grow their career in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Create engaging social media content, including posts, stories, reels, and promotional campaigns.
- Assist with maintaining and updating company websites.
- Design marketing materials such as promotional flyers, banners, advertisements, and digital content.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to customer interactions where required.
- Research social media trends and recommend new ideas to improve brand visibility.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Ensure all content aligns with company branding and marketing objectives.
- Support management with ad hoc marketing and administrative tasks.

Requirements
- Relevant qualification, certificate, diploma, short course, or practical experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Content Creation, or a related field.
- Experience managing social media platforms for a business, brand, or personal projects.
- Knowledge of social media content creation tools and trends.
- Website content management experience would be advantageous.
- Experience within an FMCG environment would be advantageous.
Remuneration
Salary: R7,000 – R10,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
