Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated, self-driven Independent Sales Representative (1099 Contractor) to promote and sell our custom web application development services ON YOUR OWN SCHEDULE!
You will handle the full sales cycle and build long-term client relationships. In return, you earn 15% lifetime recurring commission on every customer you bring in — paid for the life of the client relationship as long as you maintain regular contact, communication, and assist with ongoing client communications.
This is a pure performance-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential and true residual income.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify businesses that need custom web applications (SaaS platforms, e-commerce stores, directories, lead-generation sites, etc.).
- Conduct consultations and deliver compelling presentations/demos highlighting the technical advantages of our Next.js + React + Prisma + Tailwind CSS applications and their superior SEO, AIO/GEO/AEO, accessibility, and performance optimizations.
- Close new deals and manage the sales process through contract signing.
- Maintain ongoing communication with your clients post-sale (quarterly check-ins, performance updates, issue resolution support). Your continued involvement directly sustains your lifetime commission.
- Collaborate with our engineering and strategy teams to ensure accurate scoping and successful project delivery.
- Track all activity and pipeline in our CRM.

- Lightning-fast performance and conversion-focused design
Compensation
- 100% Commission Structure: 15% lifetime recurring commission on total client revenue for every customer you close.
- Commissions are paid monthly for the entire duration the client remains active.
- No cap on earnings — build substantial residual income by developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- You operate as an independent contractor (1099). All taxes, insurance, and business expenses are your responsibility.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (ideally in SaaS, web development, digital marketing, or technology services).
- Ability to understand and articulate the value of modern web technologies (Next.js, React, SEO, AI optimization, accessibility).
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a long-term relationship focus.
- Reliable internet and a professional remote workspace.
- CRM experience is a plus.
