Arrowhead Gardens Senior Living, part of the SHAG network and operated by Independent Living Inc., is a vibrant independent living community for seniors. We’re the largest non-profit provider of affordable senior housing in the Puget Sound region, with 5,000+ apartments across 17+ communities—and we’re still growing!
We’re seeking a skilled and dependable Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain the building’s appearance, both inside and outside
- Remove trash and debris from exterior grounds, including streets, stairwells, chutes, and other areas.
- Perform property inspections and report any deficiencies outside your assigned scope
- Respond to resident service requests with professionalism and care
- Collaborate with the property team to ensure high-quality living standards
- This position is responsible for the on-call emergency phone
What You Bring
- 1+ year of experience in a maintenance technician or groundskeeper role
- 2+ years of strong customer service experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation strongly preferred
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 75 lbs
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Compensation & Perks
- Hourly Pay: $24.00–$26.50/hr
