We are seeking a highly skilled, results-driven Jewelry Sales Professional who thrives in a luxury environment and is ready to elevate both the client experience and their earning potential.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver a white-glove, personalized luxury experience from greeting to follow-up
- Build and maintain a strong clientele book through outreach, communication, and relationship building
- Guide clients through bridal, custom, and fine jewelry purchases
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals through proactive selling
- Create memorable experiences that result in 5-star reviews and repeat business
- Maintain detailed client profiles and follow up on future opportunities
- Process transactions including cash, credit, and financing options
- Assist with merchandising, store presentation, and daily operations
- Support opening/closing procedures and ensure showroom excellence
What We’re Looking For
Top candidates will have:
- 3+ years of luxury retail or high-end sales experience (REQUIRED)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building long-term client relationships
- Confidence selling in the $5K–$50K+ range
- Strong clienteling skills (follow-up, outreach, personalized service)
- A polished, professional presence that builds trust and credibility
- Ability to create an emotional, story-driven sales experience
