Your top priority will be providing an exceptional living experience for the residents in your community by working alongside the other members of the Maintenance Team, providing exceptional customer service by interacting daily with residents, maintaining beautiful landscaping, and turning a lived in apartment into a perfectly fresh start for the new resident.

Schedule:
We are looking for someone that is able to work full-time from 8 to 5 or 9 to 6 either Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday. Our team rotates who is on call for emergencies and everyone on the maintenance team is expected to come in for snow removal.
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
