As a Maintenance Technician, you will do much more than fix broken items. You will play an important role in creating a welcoming, safe, and well-maintained community that residents are proud to call home.
What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional service to residents and help create a positive living experience
- Work alongside a collaborative Maintenance Team to maintain apartment homes and community grounds
- Complete apartment turns to prepare homes for new residents, Including painting units.
- Assist with landscaping, curb appeal, and overall property appearance
- Respond professionally and courteously to maintenance requests
- Contribute to a team culture focused on reliability, quality work, and support

Schedule
This is a full-time position with schedules available:
- Monday through Friday
- Tuesday through Saturday
Shifts are typically:
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Maintenance team members participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergencies and assist with snow removal during winter weather.
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
