Highland Court is hiring for a Maintenance Director. This position would be well suited for someone with knowledge of modern construction practices and a remodel background.
Qualifications + Job Duties:
– Ability to perform basic plumbing, plastering, carpentry, painting, and mechanical repairs.
– Basic knowledge of HVAC unit maintenance and repairs is highly preferred.
– Comfortable in assessing a problem and coordinating quotes from third party vendors when necessary.
– Minimize the waste of supplies and misuse of equipment.
– Perform routine maintenance on grounds (i.e. parking areas, driveways, courtyards, etc.)
– Must be able to use computer for basic information entry
– The ability to work well in a team environment is a must
– Strong communication skills and good decision-making capabilities.
– Some minor flexibility in hours and days worked.
– Comfortability interacting with other staff, residents, families, and guests.
(Please note, candidates must also be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.)

Pay: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour
