We are growing quickly and are looking for a highly organised Maintenance Coordinator to manage approved jobs and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Role Overview
The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and managing all approved works. You will be the main point of contact for incoming jobs, ensuring works are booked in efficiently and completed to a high standard.

This is a fast-paced role that requires strong organisation, quick communication, and the ability to manage multiple jobs at once.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule all approved maintenance and refurbishment works
  • Coordinate engineers and trades for daily jobs
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and engineers on the day of works
  • Answer the main business phone and respond quickly to incoming requests
  • Book in new jobs as they come in
  • Monitor job progress and ensure works are completed on time
  • Handle any issues or changes during jobs
  • Complete job reports and update the system
  • Mark jobs as complete once finished

Requirements

  • Experience in property maintenance, coordination, or a similar operations role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple jobs and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, email, messaging)
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail when updating job records and reports

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From R10 000,00 per month
