Housekeeper – Seven Hills, Crotched Mountain School
Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
Shifts Available:
- Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

What You’ll Do…
As a housekeeper at Crotched Mountain School, you will:
- Bring spaces to life by cleaning and organizing assigned areas to a high standard of excellence
- Keep classrooms, common areas, and living spaces hygienic, orderly, and welcoming
- Ensure restrooms are clean, sanitary, and well-stocked
- Handle trash removal to keep the environment safe and clutter-free
- Help transform spaces by setting up and breaking down for events, meetings, and workshops
- Keep entryways clean and safe, including snow removal near entrances
- Safely use cleaning products and materials following MSDS guidelines
- Jump in where needed to support the team and the school community
What to Expect…
This is a hands-on role in a unique and meaningful environment. As a housekeeper at Crotched Mountain School, you will work around students with severe disabilities. At times, this includes cleaning bodily fluids as part of maintaining a safe and sanitary space. Comfort with this responsibility—and approaching it with professionalism and care—is essential.
What You Bring…
- 1–2 years of housekeeping experience (hotel or hospital experience preferred)
- Ability to read, understand, and safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment
- A strong eye for detail and pride in your work
- Reliability, compassion, and a team-oriented mindset
