What You’ll Actually Be Doing (Besides Being a Legend):
- Keeping the building from falling apart (heroic, we know)
- Fixing everything from squeaky doors to “why is that leaking?” situations
- Performing routine maintenance so small issues don’t turn into big, dramatic ones
- Assisting with safety checks, repairs, and general upkeep
- Occasionally being summoned as the “last hope” when everyone else has tried turning it off and on again

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Physical ability to lift, carry, climb, and generally do the things maintenance heroes do
- Good communication skills (translating “it’s making a weird noise” into an actual fix)
- Dependability and a strong work ethic
- Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus, but not required

- Can fix something with minimal tools and maximum confidence
- Stay calm when things go sideways
