- Assist management with various general admin tasks.
- Acknowledging and greet all customers you make contact with promptly and professionally.
- Ordering necessary parts from suppliers and double-check that they are delivered on time.
- Assist with stock management.
- Creating invoices.
- Collect payment from customers for services rendered.
- Resolve customer enquiaries efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain customer records and enter data into computer databases.
- Keep work and reception area neat and tidy.
- Answer phones courteously and in timely manner.
- Organize paperwork in orderly manner according to company procedure.
- Update daily report sheets.
- Confirm /up date customer and vehicle data.
- Quote customers.
- Follow up with quotes.
- Follow up on payment with verious insurance providers.
- Complete paperwork in timely manner.
- Candidate must be driven, dedicated to learning new skills and continuous growth..
- Candidate must be neat and presentable.
- Candidate must be reliable.
- Motor industry experience will be an advantage.
- Commission structure offered in addition to basic salary.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R8 000,00 – R12 000,00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bellville, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 2 years (Required)
