We’re a boutique residential painting company specializing in luxury interiors and exteriors. Our work is defined by meticulous preparation, refined finishes, and respect for the homes we work in. This is not production painting and it’s not for everyone.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Executing high-end residential interior & exterior painting
- Performing extensive prep work: sanding, priming, masking, caulking, surface correction
- Working with premium coatings. Domestic & Imported.
- Applying finishes via brush & roll, spray, and specialty techniques
- Protecting client homes with museum-level care
- Maintaining clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Communicating respectfully with homeowners and teammates

Experience & Requirements
- Proven residential painting experience required (references and work examples expected)
- Be able to demonstrate skills in spraying
- Demonstrated skill in prep-intensive work: sanding, priming, masking, caulking, surface correction
- Ability to produce clean lines, smooth finishes, and consistent results
- Experience working in high-end or occupied homes
- Must be able to speak & write english
- Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Professional, accountable, and detail-driven
