We are seeking a reliable and customer-service-oriented Locker Room Attendant to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of our locker room facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that members and guests have a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness of locker room areas, including floors, benches, sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors.
- Replace and restock towels, toiletries, and other amenities as needed.
- Ensure lockers are clean, functional, and ready for use.
- Assist guests with locating lockers, towels, and other amenities.
- Collect, wash, and fold towels and robes as necessary.
- Report maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department.
- Monitor locker room supplies and inform management when restocking is needed.
- Enforce facility rules and policies to ensure safety and respect among guests.
