Texas Vets Roofing & Exterior Remodeling is expanding across the DFW Metroplex and actively hiring driven individuals for our growing Outside Sales Representative team. Whether you have sales experience, construction knowledge, military background, or simply the willingness to work hard and learn — we want to meet you.
With recent hail storms throughout the Metroplex, demand is booming, creating immediate opportunities for motivated sales professionals to earn six figures while helping homeowners restore and protect their properties.
What You’ll Do
As an Outside Sales Representative / Project Manager, you will:
- Canvass neighborhoods and generate leads through door-to-door outreach
- Inspect residential and commercial roofs for storm damage
- Take photos and document findings
- Educate homeowners on the insurance claims process
- Build relationships with customers and insurance adjusters
- Manage roofing projects from contract to completion
- Network within the community and develop referral opportunities
This is a field-based role with one office meeting per week in Mesquite.
Compensation & Earnings
1099 Independent Contractor Position
- 100% commission-based compensation
- $500 weekly draw available during your first 4 weeks
- Additional $500 bonus for every signed contract
- Tiered commission structure:
- 35% starting commission
- 50% after $250K in sales
- 55% after $500K in sales
- 60% after $1M in sales
Expected Earnings
- Top performers: $6,000+ monthly
- First-year earning potential: $100,000+
- High achievers can significantly exceed these numbers
We provide clear performance goals and coaching support:
- First 30 Days: 1–2 roof sales
- First 60 Days: 5 roof sales
- First 90 Days: 10–15 roof sales

What We’re Looking For

- Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs
Preferred (Not Required)
- Sales experience
- Roofing or construction knowledge
- Insurance claims experience
- Military or veteran background
Hiring Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work outdoors
- Must be physically capable of climbing roofs
- Background-friendly employer (Certain violent/theft-related offenses may disqualify candidates)
