- Identify and evaluate the most economic supply options for product purchases, exchanges, throughput, and sales
- Take ownership of end-to-end term product supply contract management
- Support supply planning and optimisation activity over the mid-term horizon, helping align strategy with operational delivery
- Use supply and operational data to improve decision-making, support performance reporting, and reduce value leakage
- Work closely with trading, refining, pricing, operations, and scheduling teams to translate commercial decisions into operational execution
- Maintain strong alignment with HSSE standards and bp trading compliance requirements
- Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the value chain
- Contribute commercial insight, market intelligence, and negotiation expertise to support business performance and growth
What we are looking for

- A strong understanding of supply economics, commercial drivers, and product flows
- Confidence working with data, interpreting market dynamics, and making sound decisions in complex situations
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to work effectively across multiple teams and priorities in a dynamic environment
- A track record of building credible relationships internally and externally
- A proactive mindset, with the confidence to challenge traditional thinking and explore better ways of working
What will make you stand out
It would be an advantage if you bring:
- Exposure to Trading & Shipping, Refining, Pricing, or Supply Operations
